International Seminar and 96th International Council 2010

Dear Colleagues,

Receive our warm greeting from the International Secretariat in Geneva!

We are writing you concerning the preparation for the 96th International Council of ICMICA Pax Romana which will be organised from 22-24 July 2010 in Geneva, Switzerland.

Prior to the 96th International Council, the international participants are invited to joint the International Seminar from 19 to 21 of July 2010 on the theme: Global Governance, the Role of the International Institutions – Challenges and mission of Pax Romana with a exposure visit to different International Institutions and UN agencies based in Geneva. For those who can come earlier, we encourage you to participate in this International seminar and the exposure programs.

For your memory, I want to remind you all that it was decided in the 95th Council meting of ICMICA Pax Romana which was held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia from 23-25 July 2009, that all Council members will take care of his own expenses including travel, boarding and lodging to attend the 96th international Council meeting in Geneva. Please see article 22 of ICMICA Pax Romana Statutes regarding the mandate of the International Council.  

We kindly ask you to confirm your participation at the 96th International Council of ICMICA Pax Romana in Geneva, Switzerland at your earliest possibility, latest by the end of March 2010, so we can book the accommodation for your stay.

• Draft programme of the International Seminar to be held prior to the IC from 19 to 21 of July 2010 on the theme: Global Governance, the Role of the International Institutions – Challenges and mission of Pax Romana
• Up-date membership Fee to be paid by national movements
